SAMPLE DATA Sample data, to show what the list looks like. These are not real market numbers.
How it works
Ranked from actual trades, not from posts or opinions.
01
Start from the option trades
The ranking is built from the option trades that happened in the market today. No posts, no mentions, no sentiment score.
02
Keep the buys
Each trade is classified. The ones classified as buys count: someone paid for calls, or paid for puts.
03
Add them up and rank
Call buys and put buys are totalled per stock, and the stocks are ranked. The top 10 of each is the list.
Proof
What yesterday's list did next. Not measured yet.
We have not measured this yet, so there are no numbers here. When we have, this block will show what the stocks on each day's list did afterwards: every day, including the days the list was wrong.
Versus the alternative
Scrolling X is late. Alert streams are a firehose.A ranking is a filter.
Scrolling X
Late, and opinions
- You see a stock after someone noticed it and posted about it.
- You get what people think, not what the money did.
- You only see the accounts you follow.
Alert streams of single trades
A firehose
- One trade at a time, all day.
- A single trade tells you little: is it big for that stock, or normal?
- You do the adding up yourself.
The flow ranking
A filter
- Every trade classified as a buy, added up per stock.
- Live, from the trades themselves.
- 10 names to look at instead of 5,000+.
Next question
Found your stock?Next: which direction, and where it gets pinned.
What to trade is the first question. The ones after it: which direction, which price levels, when, and which contract.
